Peace Of Mind....

Peace of mind—what a treasure! Can this treasure be found in a world of so much conflict and despair, turmoil and trouble? The great search is on. People try to find peace in their hobbies, passion, jobs, work, marriages, relationships or maybe daily chores. Few people found their peace here and the others are trying to escape the realities of life by indulging in drugs, drinks, or suicidal acts, but the peace they seek eludes them. They are still empty and lonely, still in a troubled world with a troubled mind.



 

Since these years I thought peace was a destination, or some endpoint to reach where one can serene, grin, gratify, or just stay destressed. Its now when I realise that it was never like this.

Peace is supposed to be a state of mind and body where both are equally in the relax mode and destressed.

Its important to know that if your body is relaxed but mind is not then that’s not your peace and vice versa. There are few ways which I discovered in these years through which one can find peace which I’ve discussed here.

 

Firstly, I’d like all of you to know that what’s troublesome to find, relaxed body or relaxed mind? Studies have shown that’s its comparatively easier to relax your body than your mind. There are ample of reasons for the same, but the elementary reason is our busy schedules and lifestyle. This also includes our eating and sleeping patterns, work schedules, worries, stress, social maintenance, etc.



So here are 25 best ways to live your life with peace:

1.    Meditate for at least 10 mins a day.

2.    Write down things which weighs you down.

3.    Take 100 deep breathes.

4.    Perform any sort of physical exercise, maybe yoga, gym, some sport, etc.

5.    Practice breathing exercises regularly.

6.    Practice manifestation.

7.    Indulge yourself in creative stuff.

8.    Include some doodling.

9.    Take a walk with yourself at least once a day.

10. Write down what makes you feel relaxed.

11. Write all the bad and good incidences of the day.

12. Focus more on people who love you.

13. Appreciate yourself atleast twice a day.

14. Try to learn new things everyday.

15. Improve yourself everyday in your work.

16. Create a list of things you love about yourself.

17. Start reading more.

18. Spend time with nature.

19.   Repeat some positive affirmations before starting your day.

20. Be your best friend.

21. Let someone accompany you in selfcare routine such as workouts.

22. Help others.

23. Indulge more in charity.

24. Try meeting new people frequently and talk to them about their experiences.

25. Get a massage.
